Lumosa Lighting has supplied the LED lamps for the lighting of the Goran Ivanišević Stadium in Umag, Croatia. The matches of the ATP 250 tournament are illuminated with over 3,000 lux and a spectacular light show. During the Croatia Open in the Croatian town of Umag, everything revolves around top-level sports, precision, and experience.

This ATP 250 tournament annually attracts an international audience, with the Goran Ivanišević Stadium at its heart. The stadium accommodates 4,000 spectators and is the stage for high-level evening matches. Good lighting is not a luxury here but a necessity.

Commissioned by the organization, the installer equipped the venue with LED lighting supplied by Lumosa. The luminaires deliver over three thousand lux, a uniform distribution, and precise DMX control. In total, more than 50 luminaires were installed, covering the centre court, the doubles courts, and the singles court.

Remarkably, the lighting is not only functional but also adds to the atmosphere. Thanks to the DMX control, light shows are possible—for instance, during player entrances or as a closing act of the day. This creates an added experience without compromising energy efficiency. 'A project where sports, technology, and sustainability come together. With maximum performance on the court and minimal impact on the environment,' says Lumosa.
