After a turbulent 2025, Modiform starts 2026 with a clean slate, having appointed Wilma Bloot as its new CEO. Her background in manufacturing companies and her ability to make organizations future-proof align, according to Modiform, well with the company's ambitions.
'The focus of the Modiform management team under Wilma's leadership will be on transparency, building a foundation for growth, and strengthening trust,' Modiform writes in a press release. 'There is still a lot of work to be done, but the direction is clear and commitment is strong.'
New investor
In addition, the company has found a new investor, closing a period of financial challenges. Van Heugten Transport, Modiform's logistics partner, has acquired a minority stake in the company. As part of this, Modiform will be refinanced, with the changes to be completed by 31 March 2026 at the latest.
