Modiform receives Blue Angel certification for thermoformed pots |

Recently, Modiform received the German Blue Angel certification for its PCR Royal Grey, PCR White and PCR Terracotta thermoformed pots.

This certification means that the pots are made of at least 80 percent certified and recycled plastic sourced from post-consumer waste. The Blue Angel label was introduced in Germany in 1978 and is now recognized as a respected and trusted environmental certification in the country.
Commitment to sustainability and a circular economy
The certified thermoformed pots are part of Modiform's PCR series, which are also Cyclos-certified, meaning they can be recycled through household waste streams. 'This certification is proof of our ongoing efforts to develop environmentally friendly products,' says Peter Beurskens, Product Manager at Modiform.
