The acquisition fits within the growth strategy of Dolmans Landscaping Group. Earlier this year, the company announced that investor Foreman Capital had joined as a shareholder. According to Dolmans, this creates more room to invest in personnel, innovation and further professionalisation of the organisation.

The companies work for government authorities, among others, and have a permanent team of specialists and their own equipment

Strengthening position in the Amsterdam region

Zeldenrijk Groenvoorziening and Amstel Infra have been active for more than thirty years in green maintenance, civil landscaping and infrastructure in the Amsterdam region. According to management, the companies work for government authorities, among others, and have a permanent team of specialists and their own equipment.
According to the parties involved, the market is increasingly demanding greater scale and professionalism. By joining Dolmans, the companies aim to maintain and further strengthen their position in the region. The existing organisation will largely remain intact.

For municipalities and green contractors, the acquisition represents another step in the ongoing consolidation within the green management and public space market

Current owner remains involved

Nico Zeldenrijk will remain active within the company in the coming years. The parties say this will help ensure continuity for employees and clients. The 'personal and family-oriented character' of the organisation is also intended to remain intact.
Dolmans Landscaping Group is a national player in green maintenance and landscape management, consisting of several specialised companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. For municipalities and green contractors, the acquisition represents another step in the ongoing consolidation within the green management and public space market.
