Long-running dispute
According to Thuisvester, the dispute has been ongoing for years. The housing association repeatedly tried to reach an agreement but received no response. In 2022, the resident even sent away a pruning team. Neighbours complained about nuisance and were called "murderers" by her when they removed weeds from their own gardens.
The woman's lawyer stated that the situation causes her significant stress. A social worker reported that her mental health has deteriorated and that psychiatric admission may now be necessary.
